All Aspects Earthworks
Brookfield Project
Clients Request: Construct a 65 metre x 25 metre arena & cut a shed pad
This job was completed over 3 stages.
Stage One:
Clearing & stump removal of a macadamia & mango plantation.
Stage Two:
Bulk Earthworks: Cut the 65m x 25m arena pad & 65m x 35m shed pad. This required use of the dozers, padfoot roller, water cart & posi tracks. In addition to cutting the pads, we also constructed a secondary access road around the property boundary which included the installation of a twin concrete pipe crossing across the dam spill way.
Stage Three:
Completing laser levelled arena surface & installing road base on the 250m secondary access road.
This job came with many challenges that the All Aspects Earthworks had to overcome and work around. The biggest challenge was the property had a old timber bridge that was the only access for all materials. This required an engineer report & came back with a max weight of 20T to be brought across. To get all materials into the job this required the reloading of 1300T of road base, crusher dust & arena sand into 8t tippers.
